Exceptional Consulting LLC was founded by Doretha Henry, a dynamic education and business consultant with more than 20 years of experience in teaching, program development, compliance leadership, and workforce training.
Her diverse background bridges education and enterprise from classroom instruction and higher education program design to organizational compliance and leadership coaching. Doretha has worked with public and private institutions to improve performance, build systems that work, and create learning environments that drive results.
